Entire Ballroom

Capacity: 200 - 500 people 250 guest minimum for Saturday Events The Entire Hall Ballroom seats up to 500 guests with square tables. Round tables are also available and will seat a total of 400 guests. 

The costs are as follows:

  • Saturday Nights: $650.00
  • Fridays or Sundays: $450.00
  • Mondays or Wednsdays: $300.00

Half Main Ballroom

Both Half Hall Ballrooms will seat up to 180 guests. Costs are as follows:

  • Saturday Nights: $400.00 ea
  • Fridays or Sundays: $250.00 ea
  • Mondays or Wednesdays: $150.00 ea

FireSide Room

Our Fireside Room which seats 30 - 100 guests, provides your event with a more private& intimate setting. The Tuscan decor w/padded chairs, wall to wall carpet and wood finish dance floors add to it's ambiance. Also provided is a state of the art audio/visual system as well as wireless internet access. As in the other halls, the Fireside Room is fully air-conditioned for your pleasure and enjoyment. 

The costs are as follows:

  • Sunday thru Friday: $100.00
  • Saturday Night: $150.00 

Hall is unavailable on Tuesdays& Thursdays  

All food and beverages "must" be purchased thru Piergallini Catering. The hall rental fee is a rental fee only and does not apply towards the purchase of food or decorations.  However, it does include setup and tear down of tables and chairs for your event.  In addition,  janitorial fees and the complete use of our audio/visual equipment is at the discretion of St. Florian Hall.  These additional costs are in addition to the purchase of food.In the event you rent the hall for a convention or show without food...these rental rates do not apply. The hall rental price will be determined at the time of your event booking. Check with your event co-ordinator at the time of booking your event.
