Complete Meeting Package

We understand that you are very busy and to assist you in making your meeting a success while eliminating many of the complications and details of planning an event we offer a complete meeting package. Our experienced meeting planners can tailor a complete meeting package that will meet your individual needs from meeting room, food services, to audio-visual services all for a single convenient price per person. 

Meeting Room Includes:

Meeting area arranged to suit your specifications and criteria. Ergonomically correct furniture that is comfortable for long meetings. Complimentary supplies such as staplers, markers, pens, tape and notepads. Controllable lighting allows you to set the proper meeting atmosphere. Adjustable environmental controls to maintain a comfortable environment. High speed data communications. 

Food and Beverage Includes: 

Continental or breakfast buffet featuring pastries, bagels, fresh fruit, juices, bottled water, or traditional items such as egg dishes, breakfast meats, potatoes, and coffee and/or tea. Luncheon buffet complete with hot entrees or items such as hot soups, deli items, fresh salads, fruit and cheese trays, sandwiches, and soft drinks, bottled water, coffee, or tea. Dinner entrees, either formal or buffet style with a full menu of items including hors d'oeuvres. 

Audio-Visual Equipment Includes:  

Overhead and/or slide projector with projection screen. Presentation materials such as whiteboards, dry erase markers, and flip charts. Table or floor lectern with microphone for presenters.
