Neither St Florian Hall nor Piergallini Catering has a liquor license. We provide a Bar Service while you provide any and all beverages containing alcohol. In the event we will be serving your beer and wine, you will purchase our Soda Service @ $4.00 per person. Our Soda Service includes: all sodas, iced tea, ice, cups, corking of the wine and wages for the attendant. Gratuity is not included, however the attendant may put out a "Tip Jar" or you may tip the attendant $100.00 for the event.

In the event you will be serving beer, wine and hard-liquior, you will be purchasing "Full Bar Services" for $5.00 per person. Our Full Bar Service includes sodas, iced tea, ice, cups, corking charges, fruits, juices,and cocktail mixes as well as the wages for the bartender or bartenders. Gratuity is not incl, however the bar tender can either put out a tip cup or you may pay the bar tender $100.00. All bars operate at a maximum of 6 hours. While St. Florian Hall nor Piergallini operates as a bar, the same rules and regulations apply under these circumstances.
St.Florian Hall & Piergallini Catering, have the right to refuse serving alcohol to "anyone" visibly intoxicated or under the legal age. In addition, it is mandatory that you have an "in-house" security guard during your event. This is an additional charge of $150.00 for this.
